This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements stipulated in the national standard GB/T261-2021;ASTM D93 "Determination of Flash Point Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Method". It is suitable for determining the flash point of petroleum products with a closed cup, under the specified conditions, heated to the lowest temperature of its vapour and air mixture in contact with the flame when the flash fire occurs, i.e. the closed cup method of flash point, in accordance with the method specified in the standard.
