The Automatic Open Cup Flash Point Apparatus is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the People's Republic of China standard GB/T3536-2008 Determination of Flash Point and Ignition Point of Petroleum Products Cleveland Open Cup Method. It is applicable to the determination of the flash point and ignition point of petroleum products other than fuel oil, whose open cup flash point is higher than 79 ℃ according to the method specified in this standard.
This Open Cup Flash Point Apparatus is a fully automatic open flash point tester, which is an ideal substitute for similar imported instruments. It can be widely used in railway, aviation, electric power, oil industry and scientific research departments.
Technical features:
1. It adopts 8-inch true color LCD, touch screen and Chinese man-machine dialogue interface. It has prompt menu and guided input mode for expected flash point, sample label, atmospheric pressure, test date and other parameters.
2. The function curve of temperature rise and test time is simulated and tracked, with Chinese misoperation software prompt modification function, test date, test time and other parameters prompt function.
3. Equipped with a standard 232 interface or USB interface to connect with the computer to automatically upload data. It can be connected to the LIMIS system.
4. 120 groups of data can be stored, which can be connected with the computer to store data in large capacity and for a long time.
5. Automatically correct the influence of atmospheric pressure on the test and calculate the correction value.
6. Differential detection, automatic correction of system deviation.
